Updated October 4, 2026. This policy describes information associated with Verdara at verdara.xyz, including our lawn and garden calculators and contact page.
Calculator inputs
The grass seed, fertilizer, mulch and topsoil calculators perform arithmetic in your browser. The calculator script does not send the area, dimensions or rate you enter to a calculation server or save them in browser storage. No account or payment information is required to use the tools. This describes the calculator script; hosting logs and third-party services can process page-visit information separately.
Measurements and product rates are sufficient for a calculation. Do not send your exact home address, account credentials or private documents when an illustrative measurement would explain your question.
Contact messages
The contact form processes the name, email address and message you submit so the site operator can read and respond to your inquiry. Messages may pass through hosting and email providers. When reporting a calculation issue, include the page URL, relevant input values and expected result. Avoid sensitive personal information or attachments that are unnecessary to the inquiry.
Technical information
Hosting and security systems may record an IP address, browser information, requested URL, request time and errors. These records help deliver pages, investigate faults and protect the site against abuse. Administrator login cookies support WordPress authentication and preferences. Public calculator use does not require an administrator login.
Cookies and advertising
Where advertisements are displayed, providers may use cookies, IP addresses, device identifiers and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads and prevent abuse. Google and other advertising vendors may use information about visits to this and other websites to personalize advertising, subject to applicable choices and consent. Services loaded can change with the site’s advertising configuration.

Where a consent or privacy-choice panel is displayed, use it to review your choices. Browser settings alone may not prevent every form of information processing.

Links to product information, university extension resources and other references take you to independent websites with their own privacy policies. Those sites can collect information when you visit. A link does not mean Verdara controls the service or endorses an advertisement displayed there.
Access, retention and safeguards
Information needed to operate the site or answer messages may be handled by the site operator and relevant hosting, email, security or advertising providers. Contact records are retained as needed to address an inquiry and maintain necessary business or security records. Provider logs and cookies have their own retention settings. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
Requests and changes
Use the contact page for privacy questions or to request access, correction or deletion of personal information you have provided. Explain which information the request concerns without sending sensitive identity documents. Requests are considered in light of applicable requirements, verification needs and records that must be retained. This policy may be updated when site features or data handling change; the date above identifies this version.
